The preview uses the original slide order and includes the notes stored in the PPTX.

Choose Merge multiple presentations to combine several PPTX files into one PDF. Review their order before converting. Switch to a single presentation for handouts and speaker notes.

Slides are rendered as pictures; speaker notes remain selectable text. Check charts, fonts, labels and cropped edges before saving. Animations, audio, video and interactive slide actions do not carry into the PDF. Complex designs may look different from PowerPoint's own export.

Frequently asked questions

How do I put multiple PowerPoint slides on one PDF page?

Choose 2, 4, 6 or 9 slides per page in Print layout. Prepare the preview and use Print / Save as PDF. The tool groups slides in their original order.

Can I include speaker notes?

Choose Slides with speaker notes. Each slide is paired with its stored notes. Review long notes and page breaks before saving.

Will charts and fonts look exactly like PowerPoint?

Supported charts and artwork are rendered, but some effects, chart types and fonts may differ. Compare legends, labels and data markers. Use PowerPoint's own PDF export if exact appearance is essential.

Are slide words selectable and links clickable?

Slides are page pictures, so their words and links are not interactive. Speaker notes are printed as selectable text. Retain the original PPTX for editing and presenting.

Does PPT to PDF support older .ppt files?

This page accepts PPTX. Open an older PPT in PowerPoint or another compatible editor and save as PPTX, or export a PDF there.

Is my presentation uploaded?

No. Previewing and printing run locally in your browser. Linked pictures and embedded files are not supported; use a self-contained PPTX.
