Browser tools such as Merge PDF, Compress PDF and Edit PDF process files on your device without uploading the source for processing. Check the result before sending it on.

See what you will get

PDF to Word offers editable page objects or flowing paragraphs. Flowing text can recognize scans, but does not retain pictures or the original layout. PDF to Excel gives you table cells to review, with OCR available for scans. PDF to PowerPoint offers supported editable text, pictures and shapes, or a page image on each slide. Words inside scan pictures need OCR before they can be edited.

Word, Excel and TXT use your browser’s Print / Save as PDF, with supported text kept selectable. PowerPoint print copies use slide pictures; speaker notes remain selectable. Combining several presentations creates a PDF of slide pictures. HTML offers a selectable-text print copy or an image-based PDF download. Fonts, page breaks and complex content can change. Keep the original and use its application’s PDF export when exact formatting matters.

Downloadable PDFs show their actual file size, page count and pages with text when these can be checked. Continue with the current result to compress it, add page numbers or convert it to Word. For browser print copies, choose your saved PDF first; the site cannot read a file from the print dialog or confirm that you saved it.

Choose a file that fits the task

File and page limits appear in each tool. Word, Excel, and TXT convert one file at a time. PowerPoint can combine up to 30 PPTX presentations, within 50 MB and 50 slides in total. OCR, webpage conversion, and other tasks have their own limits. Smaller files work best on phones.

How to check a result or report a change

Try a tool’s sample and compare its input and downloaded output before using important paperwork. Sample results describe the file and settings used; they do not guarantee the same result for other documents. Report a broken step or outdated instruction to our support address above. Website usage statistics are separate from local file processing; our privacy policy explains both.
