What if my file won’t convert?
Use a valid modern Office file under 20 MB, or UTF-8 TXT under 1 MB. Documents with remote resources or unsupported embedded objects are rejected. Save formulas in Excel before converting; legacy Office formats are not supported. If a large file stalls on mobile, try a smaller file or a desktop browser.
