How do I open a PDF online?
Choose a PDF from your device. The reader opens its pages in this browser without sending the document to a processing server.
Can I search for words in a PDF?
Yes, if the document contains selectable text. Search results link to their pages. For scanned page pictures, recognize the words with OCR first.
Why does my PDF have no table of contents?
The outline shows bookmarks already stored in the PDF. Some documents have a printed contents page but no clickable bookmarks. You can still use thumbnails, page numbers and text search.
Does rotating the view change the downloaded PDF?
No. Reader rotation changes how a page appears on your screen. Use Rotate PDF or Organize PDF when you need to save rotated pages.
Can I select and copy PDF text?
You can select text when it is available in the document. For a text file with selected pages or a different reading order, use PDF to Text.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. The reader processes your PDF on your device. Website visit statistics are separate from document contents.
