You do not need a separate converter for every writing platform. Copy or export the content in a supported form, then choose the matching workflow below. Review the text before conversion, especially when it contains generated facts, calculations or citations.

Keep headings, lists and tables from Markdown

Open Markdown to PDF, paste the text or choose an MD file, and review the rendered preview. Markdown needs to be interpreted before printing; changing a .md filename to .pdf does not convert it.

If the document refers to local pictures, attach those files using the tool's picture controls. A missing image can leave an incomplete document, so resolve missing-picture notices before saving. Links can remain links, but scripts and arbitrary embedded HTML do not become a running application inside the PDF.

Choose paper size, orientation and margins, then select Print / Save as PDF. Check wide tables, long code lines and manual page breaks in the print dialog. The final page count is shown there.

Print plain text with readable spacing

Use TXT to PDF for an email draft, notes, a transcript or copied AI output that has no formatting you need to preserve. Paste the text or open a TXT file, then choose the font, size and line spacing.

If accented letters or punctuation look wrong, select the encoding used to save the source file and check the preview again. Automatic selection handles UTF-8 and UTF-16 files with a byte-order mark; it is not a reliable guess for every older encoding.

The printed PDF has selectable text where the device's fonts support the characters. A font cannot recover text lost before import. Check names, numbers and unusual symbols in the saved PDF.

Save a public webpage or local HTML

For a self-contained HTML article or notice, open HTML to PDF, choose your file or paste HTML and check the preview. Processing stays on your device. For a live webpage, open the original in your browser and choose Print / Save as PDF.

Pasted HTML and supported local HTML files can be prepared in the browser. The preview removes scripts and unsupported content. Use Print / Save as PDF for selectable text and the page's print layout, or the standard PDF download for a picture-based copy of the prepared page.

Use embedded pictures and styles in your HTML. External resources and scripts are excluded, so a saved page with separate assets may look different. Open and inspect the complete PDF; a signed-in dashboard or live chart is better saved from the browser displaying the original page.

Use the browser for signed-in pages and live content

Open the original page in the browser where you are signed in. Expand collapsed sections and wait for the content you need to load. Use Ctrl+P on Windows or Command+P on Mac, then choose a PDF destination where available.

The print layout may hide navigation or resize pictures and tables. Review each page, including the last one, before saving. Video and other interactive features do not become interactive PDF content just because they were visible on the webpage.

If you only need an AI response's wording, copying it to Markdown or plain text is often easier to review than printing the whole conversation page. Include the sources you want readers to keep, and verify that the links and statements are appropriate before distributing the document.

Compare three real input-and-output examples

The Markdown sample is a fictional project brief with a table, code and a local picture. Its output demonstrates rendered formatting. The TXT sample demonstrates accented letters, Chinese text and line spacing. The HTML sample is a long fictional report with repeated table headings and a print-only note.

Check the file that you will send

Open the saved PDF in PDF Reader. Check that the opening heading, final paragraph, pictures, tables and page order are present. Try selecting words when you need searchable text, and follow a link if it is important to the document.

If the document is too large for an upload, compress the finished PDF and compare readability. If the paper size is wrong, use Resize PDF; reducing file bytes is a different operation.
